If you run a business that predominantly sells products and are considering running a Christmas promotion, then quite bluntly it should have started at the beginning on October.
Most buying for Christmas presents start in October, in fact the majority of purchases are made in this month,
Every year, I get clients approaching me at the end of November or beginning of December wanting me to manage their Festive promotions, although they will get sales, by leaving it so late they have missed the key times to promote.
